Micah also came to meet our little man.
Uncle Wilson came to visit.
That night, we enjoyed a complimentary steak dinner for new parents. We had ribeye steaks, salad, baked potatoes, cheesecake, sweet tea, and sparkling wine. It was actually pretty tasty!
Aunt Eleanor and Uncle Rex were our last visitors of the day.
Granmona came again Thursday morning. Mrs. Elizabeth Griffin stopped by for a visit.
Followed by Mimmie and Aunt Jonnie Jo...
Tonya came and brought us some yummy goodys from Roland's bakery (cheese straws, red velvet cake cookie type things, and these peanut butter rice krispy things) as well as some Zaxby's chicken fingers. They were all wonderful and definitely hit the spot for us both!
Erica and Cole came that afternoon as well as NanNaw and Stephanie. However, we somehow failed to get a picture of NanNaw and Stephanie.
Nana and Papa as well as Bro.Glenn were the last visitors of the night.
We were so ready to leave on Friday morning! Before leaving, Braylor stopped to have his picture taken with his first friend, Bryson Barbaree, son of Josh and Amber Barbaree.
The time had FINALLY come to take our little man home!
Words can not express the gratitude we felt toward each person who came to visit. Several others came to visit that were not previously mentioned. Leslie Weeks brought a wonderful basket of goodys that we enjoyed at the hospital and after we arrived home. Jerry Smith came and prayed a wonderful prayer with us. Steve Snuggs came and held Braylor for just a moment. Mrs. Margaret Griffin came and said a prayer while holding my hand. Ms. Rhonda Andrews peeked in several times. We received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Treavor and Brandy Dowling. We certainly felt the prayers of many and appreciate all the calls, texts, and MANY facebook posts and messages. They definitely helped to make this experience such a memorable one that we will always cherish.
