The night Braxley was born, I got NO sleep because the nurses were in there every few minutes checking something, Brady slept on the couch because he was "SO tired," so I didn't bother to wake him when I needed help getting up or feeding. Braylor stayed at our house with Gaga, so he could still go to school the next day. That morning Gaga came after she dropped Braylor off at school and spent that night with me.
Mimmie, Pappy, Aunt Jonnie Jo, and Greg came around lunch time and stayed for a few minutes and Mimmie also came back later followed by Aunt Stephanie and Harrison.
Mr. Jerry and Ryan who both work with Brady came that afternoon, and Mr. Johnson, my assistant principal, came and peeked his head in as well.
Brady went home to pick Braylor up from school and stayed with him that night. They came back Saturday morning, and Braylor spent some time with us!
Nana and Papa came and visited and went with Braylor to ride the carousel at the mall.
Brady took Braylor to stay at Mimmie's house and play, and Nana and Papa went to shop. Aunt Erica, Addi, Sarah, Cole, Aunt Heather, and Erin came to visit in the meantime.
Nana and Papa then came back after lunch and Brady went to go get Braylor to let him come tell everyone bye before he went back home to stay with Gaga. That night, Aunt Eleanor and Rex came while we enjoyed our steak dinner.
It was so much fun to dress her up in all of her pretty outfits!
We were so glad when we FINALLY got discharged to go home around 11:00 on Sunday morning. It was so special that Braxley got to wear the same dress that I wore home over 25 years ago!
